COTTAGE FACILITIES : |

- All the cottages are built up with natural wood / fibers for the wall structural , which are absolutely eco- friendly, non–A/C.
- Hot water is provided to all the cottages, is actually generated by natural forest wastes, conserving the valuable natural resource.
- Main cooking is done by an ethnic way from farm free vegetable, by using fire wood & a homely recipe is prepared to a feast meal.
- Main cooking is done by natural resources, to give the original & mouth watering tastes to each of the menu prepared to its superb taste.
- A truly enjoyable experience is provided by the surrounding vegetation viz, Vanilla, Teak, Areca, Coconut, Mango grove, Silver Oak and many more.
- Packed working lunch will be provided during Sight Seeing .
- The rates only for Min 20 and above.

- 100 % of the projected cost should be paid as advance at the time of booking.
- Transaction will be by DD, Cheque, Credit cards only. Master and Visa Cards are accepted with 4% service charge.
- In case the settlement is not made, 10% service charges will be levied for collection of dues.

- Transport can be organized at actual.
- Last order for food / snacks will be at 09.00 pm. As per statutory requirements. Kitchen will be closed at 11.00pm.
Lights will be switched off at 11.00pm. Rs.1000/- will be charged per hour beyond 11.00pm.
- Any extras utilized shall be charged at extra costs.
- LCD extra cost @ Rs.2500/-.
- TV & Music system is available only at Pantry premise.
- Any additional requirement are to be discussed & decided during Conformation only.
- Carry your own torch, Oblique emergency lamp, Anti-insect cream, Jackets, Umberella, Raincoat and Waterpoof shoes during the season.
